My name is Samantha Fleming, and I am one of the dedicated business managers and virtual assistants here at Samantha Lynn Agency. I worked a front desk in the medical field for more than seven years. I started Your VA Lady when a friend of mine posted on Instagram saying she needed help managing her email. When I saw that she had more than a thousand unread emails, I told her to hand over her log-ins and let me at it. That was when I learned about the Virtual Assistance field. From there, I learned about Online Business Management. After doing research in the field, I took the OBM Accreditation Course from Sarah Noked, and started Samantha Lynn Agency. There was no turning back.

I am a highly motivated individual, and I love organizing things. If you need a system, I am your girl. I know that you have a lot going on with all of the clients you serve, and you didn't get start your business with the idea of doing all the admin work - you wanted to be able to take care of your clients and the community your serve. Alaina is a behavior analyst who has most recently been working in program development and leadership in the healthcare space. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst who specializes in operations management and systems improvement. A lover of spreadsheets and systems, Alaina enjoys bringing an organized, proactive approach to problem solving and tasks. As a work-from-home mother of two young children, she seeks the flexibility of virtual assistance work, and to collaborate with values-aligned organizations that strive to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
