The Leadership Advisory Session is a focused, 90-minute consultation designed to provide immediate clarity and actionable guidance around pressing leadership and supervision challenges.

This session is especially helpful when supervising interns who may be out of compliance and when owners feel torn between flexibility and accountability. The focus is on being supportive without becoming permissive—and creating guardrails that protect both your interns and your practice.

  • One 90-minute private coaching session

  • Personalized leadership and supervision assessment

  • Review of current student compliance risks (licensure, exams, coursework, documentation)

  • KPI tracking setup with a simple dashboard aligned to practice and compliance needs

  • Custom scripts and frameworks for firm-but-supportive conversations with interns

  • Coaching on intention vs. impact (e.g., when “helping” increases risk or burnout)

  • Written summary of recommendations, boundaries, and clear next steps

Ongoing Coaching for Sustainable Growth

This comprehensive package provides sustained coaching, accountability, and real-time support over approximately eight weeks. It is ideal for practice owners who want to shift long-standing leadership patterns rather than simply resolve one issue.

This tier is especially valuable for owners who want to increase consistency, strengthen habits, and reduce over-functioning by ensuring responsibility stays where it belongs. The focus is on building systems and leadership behaviors that protect your practice from licensing, insurance, and ethical risks.

Includes:

  • Three 60-minute private coaching sessions (scheduled over ~8 weeks)

  • In-the-moment coaching support for real supervisory decisions and conversations/meetings

  • KPI tracking with customized dashboards for compliance, performance, and follow-through

  • Scripts and templates for expectations, warnings, documentation, and feedback

  • Coaching on managing people with clarity, consistency, and fairness

  • Guidance on relational leadership, accountability and boundary-setting
